And this is all because your body chooses where it will burn fat. When your body needs more energy and needs to start burning fat, your body decides where that fat will come from.

This is why it can often be difficult to burn specific areas of fat and ultimately a combination of a good training regeime and a good diet is the only way to reduce body fat at a nice natural rate that will work for your body.

There is no fast solution to getting rid of stomach fat, but over time, consistent training and a good diet should see you lose that annoying stomach fat in no time. Any programs, systems or products trying to tell you otherwise are not being 100% straight with you.
