A SIMPLE EXERCISE TO LOSE BELLY FAT

For people who are too lazy to do exercise or crunches, or for those who work so hard that by the time they get home, they're so tired, here's a form of exercise you could always do during the day.
The exercise is less stressful, and you can do as many cycles as possible.
You could also do it when sitting, bathing, sorting out papers for your boss, and even sex!!

1. Inhale deeply.

2. Suck your gut in, i.e. try to move your navel towards your spine.

3. Move it further back as much as you can.

4. Hold and count for at least fifteen seconds.

5. Slowly exhale and relax your tummy back again.

Do as many cycles as you can through out the day, you would definitely see results.

As time goes on, increase the time with which you suck it in to as much as 4 minutes if you can!!!
