Olive Roasted Sweet Yams

Ingredients:
3 sweet yams, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Place the sweet yam slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Brush the yams with the olive oil. Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Roast the sweet yam for 20 minutes or until tender.
