Health Tip #87: Use dried organic berries and fruits to sweeten your yoghurt

This is a good tip for people who wants to cut down on sugar (well, almost anyone then, right?!).

To your unsweetened organic (soya) yoghurt (or unflavored yoghurt), just add some dried organic berries and fruits.
That's it!


Not only are dried berries and fruits healthy and tasty - they also contain natural sugar and they are easy to add when you're eating breakfast - you just open the package and pour them over!

I bought the dried fruits and berries you see on the picture from Whole Foods Market and the ones that are visible are:

• Dried mango (very, very sweet!)
• Dried blackberries
• Dried cranberries
• Dried raspberries
• Dried blueberries (tastes like candy!)
• Dried bananas

All organic of course!
